Your order will arrive at the nearest destination port in your country, handled by trusted international carriers.

Q: How long will my order take?

Production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on design complexity, followed by 4–6 weeks of sea-freight transit.
You will be notified once your piece is complete and ready to ship.

Q: What is included in the shipping rate?

Our international shipping rates cover Port-to-Port Sea Freight.
International rates exclude local duties, taxes, and final-mile delivery from port to residence.

Q: Can you deliver directly to my home overseas?

Our standard international service is Port-to-Port Sea Freight, where your order arrives at the nearest destination port in your country.

From there, most customers choose to arrange final delivery to their residence through a local logistics or white-glove delivery service of their choice.

Q: How are heavy or fragile items handled?

All items are professionally packed in protective wooden crates or reinforced cartons to ensure safe transit.
Heavier pieces (over 200 kg) are handled with specialised equipment to maintain their integrity during shipment.
