Q: How are heavy or fragile items handled?

All items are professionally packed in protective wooden crates or reinforced cartons to ensure safe transit.
Heavier pieces (over 200 kg) are handled with specialised equipment to maintain their integrity during shipment.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations are not possible as production begins immediately.
