Our made-to-order furniture pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, as each item is individually crafted to order.

Each piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, please email/whatsapp us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for assessment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
After this period, cancellations are not permitted, as materials and production are already allocated to your order.
